The Augusta Jones collection was launched in 1999 under the creative leadership of Charlotte Leung. She saw a need for a new line that would bring together her core beliefs: that a line should have beautiful styling, be flexible so that women of all sizes can have options, and be affordable. Her focus was and still is to bring stylish, designer wedding gowns to modern brides. June Leung, Charlotte's sister and an award-winning designer herself, joined the Augusta Jones team after the launch of their initial collection in England. She brings her passion for Art Deco to the collection, which is very much in evidence by the extravagant detailing found in key pieces of the Augusta Jones bridal collection. The two have won a number of awards and Augusta Jones has been featured in some of the biggest magazines in the world, including Cosmopolitan Bride, In-Style Wedding, Brides, Wedding & Home, and You & Your Wedding.
