Castle Couture offers a 72 hour return policy for items marked as in stock in store only in which a 20% restocking fee will be applied. All gowns marked as Quick Delivery* or Special Order, are special ordered via the designer and are non-refundable. All purchases made in store at Castle Couture are final sale, no exceptions. Castle Couture will request an event date to be provided prior to purchasing. Castle Couture will not accept any returns made after the event date.
Castle Couture only allows RA's for online orders. All in store purchases are and always have been final sale. Merchandise credit can only be used on Castle Couture merchandise and not towards shipping or any services Castle Couture provides. Credit to shop Castle Couture online cannot be redeemed for cash. Any internet orders must contact our customer service team at info@castlecouturenj.com as our Manalapan location does not handle online returns. Online refunds and credits will not be issued until the item has been received by Castle Couture. Client is responsible for all shipping charges. If items are postmarked 72 hours after an RA # was given, they will not be accepted. Clients may not return items that are postmarked after their listed event date. All orders that are given an RA # must be returned unworn, original tags on and in excellent condition or they will not be accepted.
