All purchases are considered final sale. Because of the nature of the dress industry, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. If a dress is damaged or ruined during shipping, contact us immediately upon receipt of the dress and we will do our best to resolve the issue. All other situations - including if the dress does not fit - are considered final sale.
Because designers can increase their prices at any time, the prices on our website are subject to change. If a price has changed on a style that you have ordered, we will contact you with the correct price; at that time, you will have the opportunity to accept the correct price or cancel your order. Although we make every endeavor to provide you with the most accurate and current pricing possible, incorrect prices on our website will not be honored for any reason.
The "ship to" address must be the same at the "bill to" address. We will not be able to ship items to addresses that differ from the "bill to" address.
